School Registration Checklist
Please bring the following when registering your child:

Original Birth Certificate (long form)
-
Social Security Card
-
Shot Record (Form 121 must be checked "completed for school")

Two proofs of residency
To access your child's grades online, do the following:

Go to the VWSD web site (www.vwsd.org).

Click on the "Parents" button near the top of the page and drop down to "Active Parent."

Click on "Sign up for an ActiveParent account!"

The required fields for signing up are Parent First Name, Parent Last Name,
-
Parent Phone Number, Parent E-mail Address, Student First Name,
-
Student Last Name, Student Grade, Student School
-
SSN (Social Security Number) is not required.

After completing the sign up, your account will have to be activated by a school administrator before you will be able to log in.
